NYC FOUNDERS & OPERATORS RETREAT

We’re excited to announce the first NYC Founders & Operators Retreat.

We’re bringing together 14 founders and operators for a weekend at a private lakeside estate outside the city.

We’ll have a pool, hot tub, fire pit and plenty of space to eat, work and spend time together.

More importantly, we’ll have the time and setting for better conversations and stronger relationships than a traditional networking event can offer.

THE WEEKEND

We’ll arrive Friday evening and stay through Sunday afternoon. The agenda will be intentionally light: shared meals, thoughtful founder conversations, time by the pool, yoga, hiking, an evening around the fire and plenty of room for spontaneous discussions.

This is a retreat, not a conference. Expect good food, interesting people and enough unstructured time to relax, think or get to know someone beyond the usual introduction. Vibe: Hacker House meets Buddhist Monastery. This will be a space for reflection, community, work, and play.

The retreat is for active founders and operators building in New York. We’re keeping the group small and curated. It is designed for people who want to contribute to the weekend, build stronger relationships and help shape the kind of founder community they want to be part of.
